What is Exhale & Be Still?
We shall practice facial yoga to encourage stress and tension release, learn to take deeper, slower and fuller breaths to calm the nervous system and finally surrender to the healing sounds of the Tibetan bowls as you bathe in their powerful vibrations. Give your body and mind full permission to let go and recharge ready for the week ahead.

More info on the session
Carina // Face yoga / yoga teacher
Carina will lead you through a gentle self-care practice to naturally reduce tension and stress, lift your face and invigorate your skin for a radiant and healthy glow. You will learn facial exercises, massage and acupressure to help relax and enhance your sense of self and wellbeing.
Ali // Functional & therapeutic breathwork facilitator
Ali will guide you through two breathing exercises allowing you to harness the power of your own breath. The sequence will encourage you to gain an awareness of your respiration by deepening and elongating each cycle. Consciously altering the breath will activate the parasympathetic nervous system (rest & digest), inviting calm and deep relaxation into the body and mind. The breathwork will end in a guided meditation to offer you opportunity for complete surrender.
Nic // Transformational coach & holistic therapist
Nic will carry you through a deep healing sound bath as you lay back to absorb the soft reverberations. The vibrations will move through the water in your body to encourage a light dream state, subsequently clearing energy blockages, lowering stress, anxiety and promoting a perfect environment for a restful night’s sleep ahead.
