Solar Breath Vibrations

Join Freddie and Ali for a 90 minute session to soften your breath and recalibrate your body. Surround yourself with thousands of beautiful sunflowers where you will also have a chance to pick your own sunny bouquet to take home.

Then be led through a conscious breathwork session with Ali to combine the breath, visualisation and meditation techniques. From this peaceful space Freddie shall guide you through a sensory sound bath experience. You will be feeling the therapeutic tones of a unique collection of Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan singing bowls and the Koshi chimes. This unique experience invites you to calm the mind, open the heart and nourish the spirit.

Investment £25 (includes POY sunflowers - 10 stems)

Join Kirsti and Ali for a 90 minute practice to reconnect with nature and reset the body and mind. Surround yourself with thousands of beautiful sunflowers where you will also have a chance to pick your own sunny bouquet to take home.

Be led through a restorative Yin yoga practice with Kirsti. Enable the body & mind to slow down while holding floor-based postures to encourage deep relaxation. We will finally drift into calming conscious breathwork and meditation guided by Ali. This unique experience invites you to let go and fully surrender.
