In Person Session
Classes will be a combination of:
Gentle movement to loosen and relax tight muscles that support optimal breathing
Breath awareness to observe the sensations within your body
A breath work practise which activates the parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest).
Calming meditation to close your practise.
Variations and options will be available throughout the class.
