In Person Session

Classes will be a combination of:

  • Gentle movement to loosen and relax tight muscles that support optimal breathing

  • Breath awareness to observe the sensations within your body

  • A breath work practise which activates the parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest).

  • Calming meditation to close your practise.


    Variations and options will be available throughout the class.
