Each class will consist of :

A bed time check in to encourage calming of the body and mind, in preparation for a restful nights sleep ahead.

  • Breath awareness to ground and return us to the present moment

  • 2x breath work practises which focus on activating the parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest).

  • Calming meditation to close your practise.


    Variations and options will be available throughout the class.
