Each class will consist of :
A bed time check in to encourage calming of the body and mind, in preparation for a restful nights sleep ahead.
Breath awareness to ground and return us to the present moment
2x breath work practises which focus on activating the parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest).
Calming meditation to close your practise.
Variations and options will be available throughout the class.
