Event Terms & Conditions

By attending this class, I affirm that I am solely responsible for my health and well-being, as well as my decision to take part in the Solar Series event. I agree to inform my facilitator of any techniques or movements, which I feel could cause injury or distress to myself. I understand that movement /breathing techniques/yoga and sound baths are not recommended and are not safe under certain medical conditions. I do not have any physical/mental conditions or disability that would limit my participation in this event. The facilitators shall not be held liable for any injury, distress, loss or damage to property and/or persons sustained during or as a result of participation in these events. I agree to listen to my body and monitor myself during every class session.

The Participant certifies that if they have asthma that they will bring and will have access to their inhaler during any sessions that Participant chooses to participate in. Participant will discuss any health concerns they have, prior to the session with the facilitator

Please note that photographs and footage will be taken throughout Solar Series. These will be used by for marketing and publicity on our websites and in social media or in any third party publication. If you wish to opt out of these images, please let us know on the day.
